My son dropped his ipad which cracked the screen and affected the image in parts of the screen over Christmas. He was right in the middle of revision for his GCSE mocks and had all his notes saved on the device plus all the revision materials provided by his school. At that stage we didn't know that exams would be cancelled because of the lockdown so it was a pretty anxious situation. We contacted Apple to organise a repair who advised us that we would need to mail in the ipad and they could not guarantee with Christmas holidays how long it would take to return it. We took it to Putney Tech instead who were just brilliant, working late into the evening to make sure it was repaired by the following day. We really couldn't have been happier and more grateful for the level of service. ~ Helen D
Best repair shop ever. I had the unluck of accidentally dropping my phone in water. It worked for that evening but then water damage set in which destroyed the screen and electrical components within the mother board. I went to ismash and the shop i bought the phone from but noone wanted to touch it. My phone is a import A71 so trying to source the parts was hard and the UK version parts are not compatable. Putney Tech was able to source a Asain version of the phone and take the correct parts out to rebuild my phone. This job was finished within 24 hours. I was very impressed and grateful as i had pictures and data which i had not backed up as my gmail data memory was full so its was upsetting to think could of lost memmories. But Putney Tech did a great job and I lost no data. Thanks again. ~ Adam C
I had a 12 pro max that I thought was broken and was unfixable! I quickly went to the high street hoping to find someone that could fix my screen but they charged around £150 so I suddenly remembered putney tech!! Ans how great he was last time- so I went and it turns out my screen was fine, it was my screen protector that was cracked!! My total became £10 only!!! From £150 to £10!!! The shops were trying to scam me omg I dodged a bullet because of how good he is! God bless him, honestly the best tech shop and the only one that wont try to scam you!
